摘    要:针对铁素体不锈钢,选用常见的氧化物和卤化物进行单组分A-TIG实验,结果表明氧化物活性剂增加焊缝熔深的效果更为显著.以B2O3、Cr2O3、SiO2分别作为基础组元进行多组分活性剂实验,得到最优配比的活性剂可使焊缝熔深达到传统TIG焊的2.46倍.组织和力学性能测试显示:与TIG焊缝相比,使用活性剂后焊缝中的铁素体晶粒尺寸略有减小,但硬度和拉伸强度变化不大.

Abstract:Study of the effects of common oxides and halides in single component A-TIG experiments indicates that oxide fluxes perform better in increasing weld penetration of ferritic stainless steel. B2O3, Cr2O3 and SiO2 are used as the basic elements of the multi-component activating flux. The optimal flux can make weld penetration 2.46 times as much as that with conventional TIG welding. Through the structure analysis and mechanical properties tests, it has been found that A-TIG welding seam has a slight decrease in ferrite grain size with few changes in hardness and ten- sile strength of A-TIG welding seam compared with conventional TIG welding seam.
