物理实验中测量不确定度的评定与表示

摘    要:在物理实验测量中,测量的目的是为了得到测量结果,测量结果的质量如何,用不确定度来说明.本文介绍了不确定度的概念,按照实际工作的测量模型,给出了标准不确定度A类、B类评定的方法,提出了标准不确定度的合成方法与展伸不确定度,并举出相应的实例加以分析.

Abstract:The purpose of measurement in physical experiments is to obtain the data, the quality of which is reflected in its uncertainty. In this paper, following the introduction to the concept of uncertainty, the methods for evaluation of standard uncertainty, named respectively A and B, are presented in light of the current measurement models, and synthesis as a method for evaluation of standard uncertainty and the expanded un- certainty are expounded with illustrative examples.
