快速高吸油树脂的合成及吸油性能研究

摘    要:文中采用分散聚合法合成甲基丙烯酸高碳脂肪醇酯共聚树脂,树脂收率可达95%,并对其吸油性能进行了研究,平均吸油倍数对甲苯为20倍,最快饱和吸油时间为105a。此外还研究了单体种类与比例,交联剂种类及用量、等对高吸油树脂吸油倍数与饱和吸油时间的影响。

Abstract:The fast and high oil absorption resin consisting of cross linked copolymer of butyl methacrylate was prepared by suspension polymerization; the ratio of resin was 95%; the oil absorption performation of this resin was studied, the equal oil absorption ratio to the tonuene was 20, the fastest absorption time was 105 s; the mechanism of oil absorption was analyzed. The paper also studies the influence of monomer and monomer ratio, cross linker and initiator on oil absorption and absorbing rate of the resin.
