| 摘 要： | 利用微波辅助萃取技术提取断肠草生物总碱,以其生物总碱粗提率为指标,考察不同提取条件下的提取率.结果表明:以氯仿作为提取溶剂、微波功率500 W、料液比1∶8.0、提取时间360s(120 s×3)时生物总碱得率最高为1.63%,生物总碱提取率显著提高.

| Abstract: | Using the microwave-assisted extraction techniques for the total alkaloid of Gelsemium Elegans Benth and analyzing the extraction yield,this research focused on the different experimental conditions for such extraction.The result showed that using CHCl3 as solvent,the microwave power at 500 W,the solid-to-liquid ratio at 1∶ 8.0,the extraction time for 360 s(120 s for each,3 times),the experiment had the highest yield of 1.63% and the extraction yield for the total Alkaloid improved remarkably. |
