摘    要:以纯化的鲫(Carassius auratus)肝细胞为试验对象,研究不同浓度壬基酚(NP)或双酚A(BPA)对肝细胞增殖、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放,丙二醛(MDA)含量,谷胱甘肽-s转移酶(GST),7-乙氧异吩噁唑酮-O-脱乙基酶(EROD)活性的影响.结果表明,鲫肝细胞暴露于不同浓度的NP或BPA 24 h后,随着NP、BPA浓度的升高,细胞增殖率明显降低(P〈0.05);肝细胞LDH的渗出量、MDA、GST及EROD活性均显著增加(P〈0.05).表明,NP或BPA对鲫肝细胞增具有一定的毒性作用.而且BPA对肝细胞的毒害作用要弱于NP(P〈0.05).

Abstract:In this study,purified hepatocytes of Carassius auratus were used as a experimental objection.In order to study the toxic effect of different concentration 4-Nonylphenol or Bisphenol A on hepatocytes of Carassius auratus,cell proliferation,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) release,malonaldehyde(MDA),glutathione stransferase(GST) and 7-Ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase(EROD) activities were measured.The results showed that proliferation of hepatocytes was decreased(P<0.05) with the concention of NP or BPA increasing.Res...
