黑曲霉产酶过程中变温操作的研究

摘    要:研究了温度对黑曲霉An-1.15生产木聚糖酶的影响,测定了正常条件下的产酶曲线。结果表明,28℃下黑曲霉An-1.15产酶最高,采用变温操作,即前24h用33℃而后用27℃培养,可在不降低酶活性的情况下缩短发酵时间16h。

Abstract:The xylanase fermentation process and the effect of temperature on enzyme production by Aspergillus niger An115 were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperarue is 28. A temperatureoscillatory operation with a temperature of 33 for the early 24 hours and of 27 for the later could shorten the cultivation time by about 16 hours in comparison with that of 28 for all the time without adverse effect on xylanase activity.
