Abstract:Starting with the rear-service affairs in the charge of general affairs departments in colleges and universities,this paper attempts to discuss,from the two aspects of service supply and management,the approaches and effects of edu-cating people by providing good service and by carrying out scientific management in the rear-service work in colleges and universities.
