| 摘 要： | 引入"师资系统熵"的概念,探讨了将熵理论应用于某些实际问题的方法与步骤,以嘉兴电大为例说明了它在学校师资队伍评价与分析中的作用和应用.实证研究表明,该方法实用有效,所得结果与实际情况较为相符.

| Abstract: | The conception of "Faculty System Entropy" was introduced,the method and step of applying entropy theory to some practical problems were explored,the influence and application of entropy theory in the evaluation and analysis of faculty were illustrated by a case in Jiaxing Radio and TV University.According to empirical study,this method is practical and effective;its result corresponds with the practical situation. |
