| 摘 要： | 介绍了测量ＴＴＬ反相器和ＣＭＯＳ反相器电压传输特性曲线的一种新方法。通过应用简单的数学函数关系式对示波器的ｘ轴重新标定，将ｘ轴代表的时间转换为输入电压。从而使ＴＴＬ反相器和ＣＭＯＳ反相器的电压传输特性曲线能够在示波器荧光屏上形象而又直观地显示出来。

| Abstract: | A new method for measuring curve of voltage transmission characteristics of bothTTL inverter and CMOS inverter is introduced. By using a simple functional relation,the x-axis ofan oseilloscope is designated anew,and the time usually expressed by x-axis is transformed into inputvoltage. Therefore,the curve of voltage transmission characteristics of both TTL inverter and CMOSinverter can be displayed on the screen of an oscilloscope intuitively. |
