摘    要:为保证载体运动时瞄准线的空间稳定性和自动跟踪目标,必须设计双轴陀螺稳定平台。台体上的摄像头,将拾取的视频信号,经电视跟踪器处理,送到C196中以形成制导信号,并驱动平台使瞄准线跟踪目标。现场跟踪动目标的试验表明,加入陀螺稳定器既解决了瞄准线的空间稳定性,又改善了跟踪回路的阻尼;由于采用了开关式陀螺马达电源、PWM集成功率放大器,C196和PSD器件达到了小体积和低功耗的要求。所设计的高性能的系统控制器硬件和实时变结构软件算法的实现,可以满足系统总体技术要求。

Sight line stabilizing and auto tracking control system with C196MCU
Abstract:It is necessary to design a two axis gyro stabilized control platform to ensure the space stability and the automatical target tracking capability of the sight line despite of its carriage movement. First, the vidicon on the designed platform transmits the pick up video signal to the TV tracker, then the signal processed by the TV tracker will be transferred to a C196 micro controller unit to guide the sight line to point to the target. Based on the spot test results, the gyro stabilized controller can improve both the stability of the sight line and the damp of tracking loop. The requirement on low power and small size can be met by means of switching gyro motor, PWM amplifier, C196 MCU and PSD devices. The designed high performance hardware and real time variable structure of software modules can meet the technical requirements of the system.
