摘    要:薪酬(compensation)是对雇员劳动和贡献的全部补偿,包括劳动的当期价值和长期价值的补偿.因此。薪酬包括当期分配和延期分配.当期分配旨在补偿已经付出的劳动。建立短期激励机制;延期分配旨在补偿风险损失,建立社会风险分担机制和长期激励机制.本文首先针对当期分配制度存在的缺陷,提出了完善当期分配制度的具体措施;其次,在论证建立延期分配制度之根据的基础上,积极探索建立适合高校自身特色的延期分配制度;最后,笔者认为,只有把当期分配和延期分配、短期激励和长期激励有机结合起来。高校才能吸引优秀人才、稳定优秀人才和培养出优秀人才.

The Organic Combination of Improving the Immediate Distribution System and Probing into Establishing the Defer Distribution System --The Reform Orientation of Compensation Designing in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:As compensation, including the immediate and defer compensation, is to make up for the labor and contribution of the employees, it consists of immedia te and defer distribution. The former is aimed at compensating for the labor tha t has been paid and at establishing immediate drive mechanism as well as the pur pose of the latter is to compensate for the risk and damage and to establish con stant drive mechanism. This paper, at first, in light of the defects of the imme diate distribution system, puts forward measures to improve them; secondly, on t he basis of discussing the foundation of the defer distribution system, probes i nto establishing it applicable to colleges and universities; in the end, observe s that the colleges and universities can attract, stabilize and train excellent talents only if they combine the immediate distribution and defer distribution, immediate drive mechanism and constant drive mechanism organically.
