| 摘 要： | 中国加入世界贸易组织后,如何在履行自己的承诺和义务的同时,对民族产业给予必要的扶持和保护,是一个关系到民族幼稚产业兴衰存亡和国家经济安全的重大问题。通过构建由进口国和出口国及其厂商组成的完全信息下的价格领导模型,针对进口国为了保护本国幼稚产业而对出口国厂商征收反倾销税的问题,运用经济学原理和国际贸易理论分析,得出结论:进口国的反倾销措施应在进口国社会总福利最大化的目标下确定最优反倾销税率,此最优税率将受进口国市场容量进口国市场价格弹性及进出口国厂商的成本函数影响。最后为政府如何制定贸易政策及产业政策提出了建议和对策。
