梯度结构热电材料的研究进展

摘    要:为了提高单体热电材料的热电性能,将几种单体热电材料连接起来制备成梯度结构的热电材料,不仅解决了材料应用温区狭窄的问题,而且能够极大地提高材料的热电转换效率。本文介绍了梯度热电材料的研究基础、设计和优化方法,对梯度热电材料研究进展进行了综合分析并指出分段式热电材料在提高热电性能方面更具发展优势。

Abstract:In order to enhance thermoelectric properties of the monolithic thermoelectric materials, a few will monolithic thermoelectric materials prepared by linking into the structure of the thermoelectric gradient materials, materials not only solved the narrow application of tempera- ture, and can greatly improve the thermoelectric conversion efficiency. In this paper, thermoelectric gradient materials basis, the gradient mate- rials design and optimization methods of thermoelectric gradient materials are reviewed and pointed out that segment thermoelectric materials to improve thermoelectric performance in the development of more advantages.
