摘    要:以TiO2为光催化氧化剂,对印染行业废水中的甲基橙进行了处理实验,证明了催化剂投加量、光强、溶液深度、溶液的pH值及溶液的初始浓度对水处理效果的影响,并归纳出负载型TiO2光催化降解甲基橙的最佳条件,探讨了不同因素对水处理效果影响的原因,其结果表明以TiO2为光催化氧化剂直接处理甲基橙,脱色率可达70%.

Abstract:The treatment of waste water containing methyl orange by using the immobilized photocatalyst of titanium dioxide was studied. The effects of reaction quantity,light intensity,the depth of water, pH value and its initial density were investigated, and the best conditions were also deduced. The causes of different factors on the effects of the treatment were discussed. The results showed that by using Titanium Dioxide as a photocatalytic oxide, the effect on methyl orange could reach as high as 70%.
