三裂叶瓜木萌动芽快速繁殖的研究

摘    要:以三裂叶瓜木的萌动芽为材料,进行了萌动芽的生长、生长芽的生根、试管苗的生根继代增殖、移栽和定植的研究,建立起三裂叶瓜木的快速繁殖技术.结果证明:1/2MS+ZT 0.3 mg/L+GA30.8 mg/L+IAA 0.1~0.3 mg/L是萌动芽生长培养的理想培养基;1/4MS+ABT 2号1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L是试管苗生根培养和试管苗生根继代增殖培养的理想培养基.试管苗移栽成活率为93.7%,定植成活率为97.9%,定植的试管苗保持了三裂叶瓜木的所有植物学性状.

The Study on Rapid Propagation for Germinating Shoots of Alangium Platanieolium Var Trilobum
Abstract:The germinating shoots were used as materials to research the growth of germinating shoots,rooting of adventitious buds and tube seedlings,transplanting and stable planting of tube seedlings,for establishing the rapid propagation system of Alangium platanieolium var trilobum.The results showed that 1/2MS+ZT 0.3 mg/L+GA3 0.8 mg/L+IAA 0.1~0.3 mg/L was the optimum medium for growth of germinating shoots,and 1/4MS+ABT2 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L was the ideal medium for rooting and subculturing of tube seedlings.The transplanting survival rate of tube seedlings was 93.7% and stable planting survival rate was 97.9%.Colonization of plantlets maintained all biological traits of Alangium platanieolium var trilobum.
