| 摘 要： | 体育教学评估是高校体育教师管理的一个重要手段．本文在调查问卷和专家咨询的基础上，建立了一套科学可行的评价指标体系，并将基于模糊集重心的模糊综合评判应用于高校体育教师的教学评估中，较好地解决了传统模糊综合评判的信息丢失问题．使评估过程更加科学，使评估方法更加有效、可行，使评估结果更加具有说服力。

| Abstract: | P. E. teaching evaluation is an important measure of college P.E. teacher management. This paper sets up a scientific and feasible evaluation index system based on the questionnaire and Delphi method. Further more, it applies the method of fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation based on the barycenter of fuzzy set to the teaching evaluation of P. E., which, in some degree, resolves the information missing problem of traditional fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation. It makes the evaluation process more scientific, the evaluation method more effective and feasible, and the evaluation results more believable. At last, this paper explains the use of this method by a specific example. |
