金属成形过程的刚塑性有限元数值模拟

摘    要:
本文首先介绍了便于编制程序的刚塑性有限元矩阵方程,接着运用新开发的程序系统对15碳钢冷镦粗全过程进行了数值模拟,得出了反映金属流动规律的风格变形图、变形体内部的应力应变分布图;然后,采用密栅云纹实验法模拟了冷镦粗成形全过程,采用金相分析法研究了微观晶粒的变化情况.研究结果表明,宏观数值模拟所得的结果与实验结果相当符合.

Abstract:
A rabid platic finite element matrix equation was first introduced,which wasconvenient to design program. By using the new program system,the processes of cold upsettingof ofs was numericany simulated,and the deformation diagram of the compunctional meshwhich showed the law of metal flow and the stress-strain distribution diagram in deformationbody were obtained.Then,the processes of cold upetting were simulated by using Moire'method and the change conditions of the micro-grain were studied by using experiment of metollographic analysis. The study Shows that the resultS obtained by using numerical simulstion matchthe experimental results well
