特种工程塑料螺杆挤出纤维的成型机理

摘    要:基于特种工程塑料纤维拉伸及冷却固化段的流变特性,选用White-Metzner本构方程,推导出了特种工程塑料螺杆挤出纤维成型过程的非定常拉伸流动数学模型.通过对此数学模型进行简化,并用差分法进行数值计算,求出了特种工程塑料PEEK纺丝线上的速度分布及拉伸应变速率分布,为特种工程塑料螺杆挤出纤维成型装置的设计和纤维成型过程工艺参数的确定提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the rheological characteristics of the melts of high performance engineering plastics at drawing and cooling stages, and by choosing White Metzner constitutive equation, the unsteady enlongational flow mathematical model of the screw extrusion spinning process of high performance engineering plastics fiber was developed. The mathematical model was simplified and the numerical computation with difference method was conducted. Thus the velocity and elongational rate of PEEK filament on the spinline were obtained, which provides theoretical reference for the spinning equipment design and parameter determination of the spinning process of screw extrusion for high performance engineering plastics.
