| 摘 要： | 社区服刑人员处遇措施是指在社区矫正中对服刑人员采取的刑罚执行和其他相关矫正措施的总称.根据中国有关立法、社区矫正的特点和未来发展的趋势等情况,对于服刑人员的处遇措施,大体上应当分为两类:一类是惩罚管束性措施,另一类是帮助扶持性措施.这两类措施都需要进一步完善.

| Abstract: | The treatment measures of offenders in the community are the execution of punishment toward offenders in the community corrections and relevant measures.According to the related regulations in China,the characteristics and the future developmental trends of community corrections,the treatment measures of offenders in the community should be divided into two types:one is punishment-controlling measures,the other help-supporting measures.Both should be improved further. |
