柴黄颗粒中总皂苷含量的测定

摘    要:目的:建立柴黄颗粒中柴胡总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法,在波长545 nm处对样品中的总皂苷进行含量测定。结果:柴胡总皂苷在0.038~0.266(mg.mL-1)范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),该法的平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法准确、简便、快速,重现性好,适合用于测定柴黄颗粒中总皂苷的含量,可为柴黄颗粒的质量控制提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a method for evaluation of saikosaponins determination in Chaihuang granules. Method: The contents of saikosaponins were determined by UV- visible spectrophotometer. The absorbency was measured at 545 nm. Results : The calibration curves was linear within 0.038 - 0. 266 (mg. mL-1) ( r =0.999 7). The average recovery was 97.6%, and the RSD was 1.8% ( n =6). Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple, precise, reliable and reproducible, can be used as one of quality index for Chaihuang granules
