气流循环电阻炉温度自动控制的研究与应用

摘    要:本文研究了气流沿纵向循环的、加热室和工作室有多个控制点与测温点的大型电阻炉精确控温问题。提出了将加热室和工作室温度同时作为反馈参与控制的温度双闭环控制方案;分析了该方案的动态与稳态性能;研究了其稳定性条件;探讨了采用微型机实现该控制方案构成精确控温系统的诸问题。该温度双闭环控制方案已成功地应用于几台大型气流循环式电阻炉的温度控制,多年运动情况表明,这是一种性能优越的、值得推广的控制方案。

Abstract:This paper has studied precise control problems of the temperature of theresistance furnace whose heating zone and working zone have a number ofcontrolling points and measuring points.Then a new design of temperaturedouble closed-loops control where the temperature of both the heating zoneand working zone are taken as feedback parameters has been proposed.We haveanalysed the performance of dynamics and steady state,and investigated itsstability conditions.We have also researched into the problems about usingthis control design to onstitute precise temperature control system.This controldesign has been successfully used in temperature control of several large resista-nce furnaces.
