| Abstract: | By analysing the causes of poor constitutional conditions of fresh college students and intellectuals in China, this paper points out the shortcomings resulted from traditional ideas and operational patterns which restrict college physical education, and in view of this fact, puts forth the basic countermeasures removing these shortcomings. |
