中国外交的"路径依赖"和思维定势反思

新中国外交仍有一些基于自身文化传统的思维定势,如政治价值观上的整体思维、政治分析中的类比方法、政治认知方式中的"家国观"、政治发展方式上的"变法"形式等.它们可能与以美国为主导的现有国际制度建构思路和国际组织操作方式发生对峙甚至冲撞.借用制度经济学"路径依赖"的审阅视角,能够帮助我们正视和预知自己的思维惯性和处事模式,尽可能避免频繁的外交冲突和误解.

Reflecting on the "Approach Reliance" of Chinese Diplomacy and Thonght Orientation

The diplomacy of New China is still somewhat based on its own thonght orientation of traditional culture, e.g. the whole thinking based on the political values, the comparative methods used in political analysis, "the view of native country" in the cognitive approach, the "innovatine" forms in the political development style and etc. They may confront or even conflict with the current constructive approach of international system led by U.S.A and the operation patterns of the international organizations. With the reflective perspective of "Approach Reliance" in economics, some reflection and self\|criticism are attempted to help us face and predict our own thought orientation and business mode, in order to avoid frequent diplomatic confrontation, the embarrassment it may bring to the Chinese people and the misunderstanding it may lead to.
