高居里温度PTC陶瓷制备过程中铅的挥发与控制

摘    要:通过对3种不同工艺的研究,分析了高居里温度PTC材料制备过程中铅挥发的原因和机制,以及对材料电性能造成的影响。进而研究了氰化硼添加剂改善材料电性能和显微结构的原因,从而提出了控制材料制备过程中铅的挥发、优化材料性能的方法。

Abstract:Three different manufacture procedures were developed respectively,and the mecha-nism of lead volatility was studied in the paper.In addition,the effects of BN on the electricproperties and microstructure were discussed,and the methods of decreasing lead volatility andmodification of property were given in the paper.
