为了在中国发展资本主义，康有为从工业、商业、农业、生产和流通几方面探讨了变法的方案，虽未成功，但对现实是有借鉴意义的。笔者在阐述其观点的同时加以分析，试图从中找到变法失败的原因和成功的条件。
