A Modeling and Decision Making Based on Evolution

This paper presents a methodology of modeling, simulation and system analysis based on the evolution for researching sustainable development system. Using the methodology, integrated qualitative analysis and quantitative research are doing now, which analyze and research the problems about population, economics, resources and environment in China. The population model is a part of it in this paper.
