浅析大学生权利受侵与保障

依法治校正逐渐作为一种治校方略而被广大高校普遍采用,正确分析并理性界定高校工作中的学生权利现象,是保障高校学生管理工作正常开展的必然要求。在认识高校学生权利现状的基础上分析权利受侵的主要原因并提出权利保障的有效途径,即尽快制定《校园安全法》、加强法制教育、进一步完善高校内部管理制度和建立必要的申诉制度等等。

A Brief Discussion on the Infringement and Guarantee of College Students' Rights

Managing a college according to law has been widely accepted as an administering strategy in colleges and universities.In order to fulfill the administration in student affairs,we must analyze and define soundly and rationally the issues concerning students' rights,on the basis of which this paper probes the main causes of the infringement of students' rights and puts forward some effective approaches to guarantee students' rights,that is,immediate constituting Campus Security Law,strengthening law education,perfecting the regulations within colleges and establishing necessary appealing system.
