| 摘 要： | 根据新《全国普通高等学校体育课程指导纲要》的教学改革思想,以参加浙江师范大学体育选项课的学生作为调查对象进行随机抽样,并结合该校目前体育选项课教学的现状进行分析,提出了改善该校体育选项课教学的各项建议,希望能对该校的体育教学改革起到积极的推动作用.

| Abstract: | According to the new published "Guideline to Physical Education Courses of High Schools" and with the recommended educational reform idea,taking PE elective courses in Zhejiang Normal University as investigate subject;combining the current situation of teaching practice,it was proposed several suggestions to improve the teaching activity of PE elective courses and promote the reform process of PE teaching. |
