Abstract:By means of contrast experiment of pot-cultivation in field, this paper studied the effect of some chemical elements on the glucosinolate and erucic acid contents in rapeseed. N, P, K, B, Zn, Mo, Mn were tested by single factor statistical method. P, K, B, Zn, Mo, Mn were tested by several factor statistical method. The effect result of single factor is better than that of combination factors. B, K, Mo, P, N can reduce the content of glucosinolate, of which K, Mo, P, N shows minus relativity to the contene of it, but Zn, Mn can increase the content of glucosinolate and shows positive relativity to it. N, P, K, Mn, Mo, B, Zn can reduce the content of erucic acid, of which P, K, Zn shows minus relativity.
