| 摘 要： | 汶川地震后救援工作的有效进行,集中体现了我国改革开放三十年的成就。接受并合理运用国际援助,体现了我国政府政策的开放性。开放式救援在救灾工作中发挥了重要作用,同时带来启示与思考,应该进一步增进国际交流与合作,借鉴国际抗灾及灾后重建经验,促进开放政策新发展。
