| 摘 要： | 本文认为在电子书信这一书面语交际方式中,与口语交际的情形类似,写信人应遵守交际规则。一方面写信人需采用“合作”策略,及时回复,确保信息充分、相关、真实有据、表达清晰简明;另一方面,写信人还需考虑礼貌因素,在整体风格、语篇、句法、词汇各个层次上,运用面子维护策略来缓和或弥补言語行为对面子的伤害。
