| Abstract: | The determination method of fatty acids in soap by gas chromatography is pro-posed in this paper,the effect of esterification of sample.Concentration of stationary liquid andkinds of solid support on the results has been investigated.the samples were determined quantita-tively by internal standard method with the relative standand deviations(RSD)of less than 1 percent,it is of accurate and good reliability. |
