埋地输气管道爆炸驱动的路面动力响应分析

摘    要:为探究埋地输气管道爆炸驱动下的路面动力响应规律,利用ANSYS软件模拟仿真天然气管道爆炸过程,通过改变管道埋深、壁厚、敷设夹角三个主要因素得到道路不同点处超压峰值,与安全评定准则相对比得出人和物安全指数。研究结果表明:管道埋深对道路超压峰值影响显著,在单一变量改变下,道路超压峰值随着埋深增加而减小,埋深超过5m时,爆炸冲击波不足以破坏路面且对人和建筑物造成影响;管道壁厚改变时道路超压峰值呈现“增加-减少”趋势,壁厚为15mm时,超压峰值达到顶峰,当壁厚达到20mm后,爆炸冲击波不足以对人和物形成伤害;管道敷设夹角改变时道路超压峰值呈现“减小”的趋势,管道爆炸点正上方处无安全敷设角度,当敷设角度为60°时,道路其余位置均处于安全范围。

Abstract:In order to explore the dynamic response law of the road surface driven by the explosion of buried gas pipelines, the ANSYS software was used to simulate the explosion process of natural gas pipelines. The over-pressure peak values at different points of the road were obtained by changing the three main factors of pipeline: burial depth, wall thickness, and laying angle. The human and material safety index was obtained by comparing it with the safety evaluation criteria. The research results show that the buried depth of pipelines has a significant impact on the peak value of road over-pressure . Under a single variable change, the peak value of road over-pressure decreases as the buried depth increases. When the buried depth exceeds 5m, the explosion shock wave is not sufficient to damage the road surface and have an impact on people and buildings; When the pipe wall thickness changes, the peak value of road over-pressure presents an "increase decrease" trend. When the wall thickness is 15mm, the peak value of over-pressure reaches its peak. When the wall thickness reaches 20mm, the explosion shock wave is not sufficient to cause damage to people and objects; When the included angle of pipeline laying changes, the peak value of road over-pressure presents a trend of "decreasing",There is no safe laying angle directly above the explosion point of the pipeline. When the laying angle is 60 °, the rest of the road is within the safe range.
