摘    要:提出一种通过可靠性分析计算安全系数的方法,它不仅适用于应力、强度正态分布,也适应于应力、强度非正态分布,但必须利用应力、强度的分布干涉理论,将分布曲线干涉部分转化为等值的正态分布,通过举例,进一步说明该方法适合于压力容器的设计。

Abstract:One approach for determining the value of the safery factor,which is based on reliability analysis,is presented in this paper.The approach not only applies stress and strength to have normal distributions,but also applies arbitrary distributions.However by means of the interference theory of the distributions of stress and strength,we can transform the interference parts of the distributions of stress and strength to have non normal distribution into equivalent normal distributions.To prove the applicability of the approach for pressure vessel design practice,two examples are given in this paper.
