| 摘 要： | 职业枯竭是一种在工作的重压之下身心疲惫的状态.教师已成为"职业枯竭"心理疾患的高危人群.造成高校教师"职业枯竭"的因素有高校人事制度改革、社会、政治、经济及师生关系的处理等.应该从政府、社会、学校和个人四个层面上来处理高校教师的"职业枯竭"心理疾患问题.

The Reason that instructors become one of the hardest hit groups include personnel policies, society, politics, economy and the handling of the teacher - student relationships, etc. Solutions should be found from the four different fields: government, society, school and individuals themselves. |
