| 摘 要： | 介绍并讨论了在诸多因素影响下基于变权的综合决策问题。讨论了某些情况下变权的必要性。因此相互影响和相对独立两种情况下变权的确定，综合优选程度的计算，并给出了相应的算例。

| Abstract: | In this paper , we introduced and discussed the synthetical decision problem of variable weights under the influence of some factors, the necessity of variable weights, the determination of variable weights in the cases of factors affects each other and relative independent, the computatuion of Synthetical optimum seeking degree, and gave the corresponding computation examples. |
