| 摘 要： | 研究环上矩阵A=GDH（其中G为右高矩阵，H为左高矩阵）相对于M和N的加权Moore--Penrose逆，得到带有对舍的有单位元的结合环R上的一类可分解矩阵的加权Moore--Penrose逆存在的充要条件及其表达式．

| Abstract: | The Weighted Moore--Penrose inverse of over rings with respect to M and N is studied, the necessary and sufficient conditions of its existence are given. Some previous results on the weighted generalized inverses and generalized inverse are extended. |
