除硅沉降罐流场分析

摘    要:为提高盐酸酸洗液回收氧化铁粉的品质,酸洗系统通常都设置有除硅系统,而沉降罐是该系统的一大关键设备.利用CFD(计算流体动力学)的专业分析软件Fluent,针对沉降罐内部结构(进料口的直径和浸入深度)对流场规律的影响进行了理论分析;最后综合考虑对沉降效果的影响提出了不同的进料管在液体内的浸入深度合理值,以及应适当地增大沉降罐进料口管径的改进措施.

Abstract:Pickling system usually includes a silicon removing subsystem for improving the quality of oxidated iron powder reclaimed from pickling solution of hydrochloric acid. Sedimentation equipment is a key device in a silicon removing system. This paper relates to the research of internal structure of sedimentation equipment on the basis of flow field analyses, considering the influences of flow field in the sedimentation equipment affected by the same factors by virtue of professional CFD software of Fluent, then bring forward the improvements on the internal structure of sedimentation according to the research results.
