厚煤层气化模拟试验研究

摘    要:对厚煤层进行了分层气化模拟试验,试验证明:以富氧水蒸汽为气化剂,适时调节氧汽比及辅助气化工艺,可以获得合格的合成氨原料气,其中H2与CO含量之和在60%左右,O2含量小于 0.5%。

Abstract:The simulating test on layering gasifying of thick coal seam was conduct in model gasifier. The results show that the anticipated gas products used to synthesize ammonia, which contains around 60% of amount of H2 and CO and less than 0.5% of O2, can be obtained, given that steam rich in oxygen is utilized as gasifying agent and given appropriate process parameters expecially like ratio of oxygen to steam.
