| 摘 要： | 从经济学和现代企业管理学的角度出发，运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对集体球类项目发展中的企业管理学规律“短板效应”进行了阐述，对“短板效应”在集体球类项目中的应用做了细致而全面的思考，为其更高水平的发展提供新的理论和视角。
