摘    要:无论是大企业还是小企业,都会不可避免地遭受产品危机、信誉危机、资金危机、营销危机等。为化解危机,避免危机对企业造成大的伤害,企业一要完善自我防御机制;二要提高反应能力和预见能力;三要学会转嫁风险,尽可能降低危机对企业的伤害程度。

Abstract:Not only the big enterprises but also the small enterprises will ine vitably meet with the production crisis, reputation crisis, financial crisis and marketing crisis. In order to solve these crises and avoid from the heavy damag es caused by these crises for the enterprise, the enterprise should perfect the ego-defense mechanism at first, improve the response capability and predication capability secondly, and learn to transfer crisis and reduce the damage degree of the crisis for the enterprise thirdly.
