| 摘 要： | 茅山新四军东进、北上,成功地实践了毛泽东关于建立敌后抗日根据地的一系列战略思想,为中国革命的发展作出了巨大贡献;对"皖南事变"后突发的困难局面,从地域控制、兵力装备、党政建设、军地骨干、物资支撑等方面作出了从容的应对;把党中央的抗日民族统一战线政策与江苏的抗战实际相结合,在团结、争取中间力量中成功地创造出"苏北经验",丰富并发展了党的统战思想,并为全国各地、各部队提供了成熟的经验.

| Abstract: | The Eastern March and Northern Movement of the New Fourth Army in Maoshan successfully embody Mao Ze-dong's strategic thinking concerning building Anti-Japanese revolutionary base in the rear of enemy,and this greatly contributes to the development of Chinese revolution.This also helps to make full preparations for coping with the difficult situation after "Wannan Incident" in the respect of the number of armymen,weapons,Party's construction,etc..This helps bring forth "Subei experience",that is to unite and win neutral force,enrich our Party's United Front and provides experience for other armies in China. |
