| Abstract: | The knowledge industry has the dual nature of public-spirited and business,which is from its particularity.The knowledge product realizes its values by two kinds of process of market and non-market.For this reason,its development not only depends on the market but also depends on the legal system.The knowledge industry will play a decisive role in the sustained and spanned development of our country. |
