适于蛋白质吸附的交联壳聚糖树脂的制备

摘    要:采用两种方法制备交联聚糖树脂,与传统方法相比,合成时加入致孔剂可提高树脂对蛋白质的吸附能力,但树脂的机械强度差,改用环氧氯丙烷为交联剂可得机械性能较好的高孔隙率树脂,此类树脂对铜离子及蛋白质均有较高的吸附能力。

Abstract:Crosslinked chitosan resins were synthesized by two methods.Compared with conventional preparation,adding porogenic agents at the course of synthesis can enhance the adsorption ability of resin toward protein,while the mechanical strength is rather low.A good strength and large porosity chitosan resin was obtained by crosslinking it with epichlorohydrin.The experimental results indicated that this kind of resin posessed good capacity for both copper ion and protein.
