基于工作过程的《电工电子技术》实训教学设计

摘    要:传统的高职《电工电子技术》课程理论性强、内容枯燥,学生缺乏学习兴趣。以提高学生职业能力为目标,以"教、学、做合一"为行动导向,通过工作岗位和人才培养目标的分析,介绍了工作过程系统化导向的《电工电子技术》课程改革的具体做法。以项目为明线,以知识为暗线,将课程理论知识按照认知规律分配渗透到12个教学项目中去,重构了项目化、模块化的实践课程结构。教学实施采用项目导向、教学做一体化的方式,提升了学生的学习兴趣,解决了理论与实践、教学内容与岗位要求脱节的问题。实践证明改革探索有效提高了学生的专业技能和职业素养。

Abstract:For traditional Electrical and Electronic Technology is strong theoretical and content boring, so students lack interest in learning. Aiming at enhancing students' professional capacity, directed by "integrating teaching, learning and action as one", this paper described the systematic work process-oriented specific practices of curriculum reform based on the analysis of professional posi- tions and training objectives. The course assigned the curriculum theoretical knowledge to 12 projects taking the real e-product as carti- er. Through the combination of project-oriented and theory-practice teaching, students' interest in learning was enhanced. It is useful for students to solve the problem of theory-practice and teaching content - job requirements disjointed. The practice proved that it could enhance students' professional skills and professionalism.
