低温固相法制备ZnSe纳米粒子

摘    要:结合最新科研成果设计了低温固相法制备ZnSe纳米粒子的实验,并采用XRD,TEM,Uv-vis分光光度计对样品进行了分析。通过上述实验构建了无机合成-结构鉴定-结构与性能关系的综合性实验课程,课程内容实用性和可操作性强,涵盖的知识面广并与现实生活紧密结合,有利于提高学生的积极性,培养创新能力及科研精神。

Abstract:ZnSe nanoparticles were prepared in a room temperature solid phase process. The products were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) . Their structures and properties were also discussed. Practice shows that this course is helpful to stimulate the students' interest in chemistry experiments and foster innovation abilities. This experimental curriculum including inorganic synthesis, structure identification and the properties measure might be applied in the large - scale inorganic chemistry teaching in the future.
