| 摘 要： | 本文应用模态分析技术及相应的测试手段,对手扶拖拉机拖车整机进行模态分析。分析结果表明,拖车上脚踏板振动偏大的根本原因是踏板中部刚度过低,模态比较密集,在发动机不平衡惯性力的激励下,极易引起共振。采用增加刚度法可有效地抑制脚踏板在发动机激励下产生的局部共振,明显地改善了脚踏板的振动性能。 |

| Abstract: | Results show that greater vibration of the tractor trailer pedals are caused by lower rigidity in the middle of the pedals and the concentrated modes. Under the excitation by unbalanced inertia of the engine, resonance is liable to produce. Measures to increase the rigidity will effectively restrain such local resonance and improve the vibration characteristics of pedals. |
