铝电解镍基惰性阳极的研究

摘    要:制备了以Ni2O3、NiO为基体的5种金属陶瓷材料作为铝电解惰性阳极。在烧结过程中发现Ni2O3为基体的阳性转变为NiO,由于晶形转变导致阳破列。NiO为基体的惰性阳极在进行不通电腐蚀试验表明,其抗蚀能力优于SnO2为基体的惰性阳极。

Abstract:Five kinds of Ni 2O 3-based and Nio-based cermet materials were prepared and used as inert anode of the aluminium electrolysis.After sinter the Ni 2O 3 based crystal was found to be transformed into NiO-based,thus resulting in anode cracking.The no current corrosive test shows that the corrosive rate of Ni 2O 3-based inert anode is slower than that of the SnO 2-based inert anode.
