| 摘 要： | 运用毛细管气相色谱法测定了桔梗中甲体六六六 (α -BHC)、乙体六六六 (β -BHC)、丙体六六六(γ -BHC)、丁体六六六 (δ -BHC) 4种异构体的残留量 .样品以丙酮提取 ,在氯化钠存在下 ,以二氯甲烷进行液-液分配 ,提取液以浓硫酸净化 ,采用SE - 30弹性石英毛细管柱分离样品 ,ECD检测六六六残留量 .检出限为1.6× 10 - 14 ～ 3.8× 10 - 13 g/mL ,回收率为 85 .2 4 %～ 99.86 % ,峰面积相对标准偏差为 0 .6 1%～ 2 .2 % .

| Abstract: | Capillary gas chromatography in combined with ECD detection is a good method for the determination of trace benzene hexachloride in traditional Chinese harbal druges . The platycodon grandiflorum is extracted with acetone, paritioned using methylene with sodium chloride saturated aqueous solution and clean-up with concentrated sulfuric acid. Targeted pesticide analytes were separated on SE-30 column. The optimum chromatographic conditions were determined. The average recoveries of α -BHC, β- BHC, γ -BHC, δ - BHC are 99.86%,85.24%,95.38%,91.10%.The relative standard deviations are range from 1.2% to 2.8%. |
