月桂酰二乙醇胺的合成及性能研究

摘    要:烷醇酰胺类表面活性剂是非离子表面活性剂中重要的品种之一.用均匀试验设计法,考察了月桂酰二乙醇胺的改进一步法合成条件,并对产物作结构分析和发泡性能测定.结果表明,月桂酰二乙醇胺的最优合成条件为n(月桂酸)∶n(二乙醇胺)=1∶2.2,反应温度159℃,反应时间3.2 h,泡沫高度为183.3 mm.

Abstract:Alkanolamide surfactant is one of the important species in non-ionic surfactant,and has a wide range of applications in the household and industrial production.In the paper,Uniformity experimental design method was investigated to synthesize lauroyl diethanolamine with means of improved one-step synthesis,and analyzed structure and froth properties.The results show that lauroyl diethanolamine optimal synthesis conditions are n(lauric acid)∶n(diethanolamine)=1∶2.2,reaction temperature 159℃,reaction time 3.2 hours,the bubble height of 183.3mm.
